Sten Remmelg — Engineering to Understand Human Movement

I trained and competed in judo and cheerleading, and started with CrossFit & functional fitness in the summer of 2025. A techie who’s spent 8+ years on human-movement analysis. I built WOD Capture to learn how to optimize my pacing for workouts — turning workout videos into split times. It works, so I’m sharing it.
